Great slips! but order them 1 size larger January 7, 2009
I got these for my wife and she loves them! keeps her feet nice and warm and they don't fall off. When I ordered I went with one size larger as suggested in the other reviews and was glad I did, they fit perfect. Thanks to everyone for the heads up!

I received these slippers for Christmas. They are very nice looking, have a soft comfy lining, nice suede exterior and a rubber sole which would give them lots of durability. Overall they seem to be well made except the manufacturer has NO concept of sizing. br /br /I've worn size 11 for decades (yea I know that's a big size but at 6' tall I'd look pretty silly and would topple over trying to walk on size 7 or 8 feet) anyhow, these slippers are supposed to be 11s but they are way too tight. My guess is they are more like a 9. I had them on for maybe 2 minutes evaluating the likelihood these would loosen up in time, but I believe the only way for these to fit an 11 is to cut the toe off, and no, I'm not cutting the toes off the slippers or my feet so unfortunately they must go back. br /br /What a shame! What a darned shame! They're so nice looking, well made and no doubt comfy and cozy, exactly what I wanted, but just way off on the sizing.

I bought the size I usually buy in a slipper, but the toe area is too tight and short. The heel is too loose. The bottoms are not cushioned, at all. Too bad they are nice looking.

I purchased the pink Highlander Sheepskin Cuff Bootie slipper. I wear size 8 1/2 shoe and ordered the size 9 slipper. At first I thought it felt a little snug in the toe area on the top of my foot, but after wearing them 3-4 times, this area loosened up and now they fit perfectly! They are soft and warm and cute! There is only a normal slipper thickness for the sole, which some reviewers did not like - they wanted more padding. However, I find them to be quite comfortable. Finally, I would give these slippers 5 stars if they were manufactured in the U.S.A., but alas, they were made in China, which is not efficient for our economy or our environment. Are there no shoe/slipper manufacturers left in this country? Otherwise, great slipper!
