This is my first Zune or MP3 player. I really like this player because it is easy to use, download, and view. The Microsoft marketplace is a great site for finding videos, music and podcast. The podcast selection could be a little better but I think in time it should broaden.

It is wonderful! Sound is excellent, graphics are crisp, colors are excellent, using it is easy and intuitive. I am glad I got it and appreciate being able to get it on sale from Amazon. Amazon's service was excellent. Got this in about a week. Have downloaded a lot of my music - mostly classical - which requires a good sound for the symphonies to sound right.

Exactly What He Wanted January 7, 2009
I bought this for my 15yr old son so I now am a supermom! He wanted something that could handle ALL his media and the Zune 120gb was the ticket. He loves it.
 Did not work after installation January 7, 2009
I purchase the zune as Christmas present for my kid.. I installed all of the software for the zune. The unit would not sync any of my music or movies. I kept rebooting whenever I try to sync it.. I sent it back to Amazon.. I had to go walmart and buy the product... I have not had any problems with unit from walmart.
